Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits reserve a specific date and time and compensate for scheduling commitments, staffing, preparation, and inventory planning.


Rescheduling

Customers may request one reschedule with at least 14 days’ notice.

Rescheduled events are subject to availability.


Cancellation by Customer

14+ days before event:

  • Deposit retained
  • No additional balance due

Less than 14 days before event:

  • Deposit retained
  • Additional charges may apply for product, staffing, or special-order purchases already incurred

Weather Policy

For outdoor events:

  • Customers may reschedule due to severe weather
  • Rescheduling subject to availability
  • Deposits transfer to new date

No refunds for weather-related cancellations once preparations have begun.


Event Attendance

Final guest counts should be provided no later than 7 days before the event.

Additional guests may result in additional charges.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued if:

  • Froza cancels the event and cannot provide service
  • Froza cannot reasonably reschedule the event
  • Required by law

Service Interruptions

Froza is not responsible for interruptions caused by:

  • Venue restrictions
  • Utility failures
  • Government restrictions
  • Severe weather
  • Acts of God
  • Circumstances beyond our control
